Our simple application and its six easy steps (please go to our Welcome Page for pictures) will be able help you generate pre-operational instructions (see example below) that will be
- simple and easy to understand
- specific to individual patients and
- specific for each of their individual medication
This in various settings wherever patients and their care providers will take place such as:
- hospitals
- pre-operative clinics
- physician’s offices
- nurse practitioner’s offices
- and any other environments
Additionally, health care providers will have the ability to attach additional instructions such as, for example:
- fasting instructions (see example below)
- surgeons specific instructions
- surgery and procedure specific instructions and
- instructions related to sleep apnea and CPAP/BiPAP devices
The final instructions can either be:
- printed
- sent via e-mail
